EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
The most important thing to start with, you have 14 days from the receipt of the parcel to return the goods - withdrawal from the purchase contract according to our law.
However, as we know that it is better to deal with Christmas gift shopping early, we have decided to extend the return period until 15 January of the following year for orders received from 15 November. This way you can be sure that even if the gift doesn't fit under the tree, a hassle-free exchange is guaranteed after Christmas.
How do I proceed with the return?
Whether you want a refund, a size change or would prefer to exchange the item for any reason. It's really simple. You'll find a simple form pinned next to your invoice or at the bottom of this page that will take you step-by-step through everything you need to fill out. Attach a copy of the invoice and send it together with the unsatisfactory goods to us at ZOOKEE s.r.o., Milady Horákové 46, 568 02 Svitavy, Czech Republic.
What happens next?
It will be a quickie. We will check the condition of the returned goods and start following the instructions in your protocol. We have 14 days to process the return from the day your parcel reaches us, but it will almost certainly be done quickly.
P.S. If a discount was applied to your order at the time of purchase, it will also be applied to the returned merchandise.
Returned merchandise must be in great shape, meaning:
- It must be in its original packaging, undamaged, unused and tagged.
- It must not smell of smoke, perfume, washing powder or anything else. Always try on underwear only.
- Items must not have been washed or otherwise altered.
