Payment for goods
According to the Sales Records Act, the seller is obliged to issue a receipt to the buyer. At the same time, he is obliged to register the received sales with the tax administrator online; in case of technical failure, within 48 hours at the latest.
- Cash on delivery: You pay for the goods when you hand them over to the carrier. The carrier offers the option to pay for the goods in cash or by credit card directly with the driver.
- Payment in Slovakia: You pay the driver in cash or by credit card in Euros when you collect the goods.
- Online payment - by credit card: You will make payment immediately after the order has been placed via the secure payment gateway The Pay. Your credit card must be enabled by your bank for online payments.

- Czech Republic and Slovakia: In case of cash on delivery, payment is made directly to the carrier. In Slovakia, payment is made in Euros.
- EU: For orders to other EU countries, shipping is handled individually and is charged at 10Euro if it is a standard package. The goods are dispatched after payment.

GLS parcel
GLS delivers goods on weekdays from 8.00 to 18.00. If the driver does not reach you at the first delivery attempt, he will leave a notification and deliver the parcel again on the next working day. You have the advantage of a phone call to arrange delivery, or a text message to let the driver know in advance of the expected delivery date.
You can pay the driver in cash or by card.
PPL parcel
PPL delivers goods up to 50 kg on weekdays from 8.00 to 18.00. If the driver does not reach you on the first delivery attempt, he will deposit the parcel at the nearest Parcel Shop. A phone call to arrange delivery or a text message to let the driver know your expected delivery date in advance is an advantage.
You can pay by cash or card at the driver.
